Almonds are a delicious healthy snack. I would eat again. Better then a potato chip. I like them plain or in salad maybe sliced in oatmeal with strawberry yogurt.

A great healthy snack. I usually eat 5 almonds in the morning with breakfast and 5 as part of an afternoon snack. Really helps to keep my hunger under control, and good for me too!

I agree! I have about 20 raw almonds each day as a snack and it is so filling. Good stuff.
