So delicious! Especially when there are little bits of bacon left in it.
Great for high-heat frying, cooking eggs and meat, and roasting vegetables.
Very heat stable, less prone to oxidation than vegetable oil.

A terrific fat for cooking. It's stable at room temperature (won't go rancid quickly), has a high amount of monounsaturated fat, and is low in polyunsaturated fat. I love cooking with bacon fat because it adds a nice smokey flavor to whatever I'm making. It's especially good for onions, eggs, kale or beans.
