I love fresh blueberries and they are full of good antioxidants for the heart but Dr. OZ says we utilize the antioxidants better if we don't eat them with milk.

Good "around 100 calories" snack is 1/2 cup plain yogurt mixed with 1/2 cup blueberries (total = 91 kcal). A wee bit of honey might be nice if you don't like the tart flavor.

Eating some now, just raw! They do not need anything else with them. Fresh organic home grown Texas Blueberries!

Made a great shake of blueberries, bananas and honey with soy milk. I loved it but my kids adored it and asked for more. I've started make them and freezing individual servings for a quick thaw whenever we want one. What a great and very healthy alternative to much of the junk food out there.
