This item doesn't make much sense. It looks like it was updated September 25th, and looks like it was reviewed. But the item description says 1 slice at 100 calories, and the nutrition facts says 2 slices is 70 calories. The percentage of calories from fat, protein, and carbohydrates is 110%. I don't think this is how this item was when I originally placed it in my list. It may have been changed partially resulting in numbers not adding up.

Legally, they can say "whole wheat" on the package, but if you read the ingredients list, a lot of the time it's white bread with a little bit of whole wheat. Don't believe me? check for yourself, the next time you go to the store.
It has to say whole wheat or whole gran in the ingredients list. They do this sort of thing all the time, not just bread. That's why you have to learn to read labels, its not that hard. http://www.askdrsears.co m/html/4/t042300.asp
Generally, the heavier the bread, the better it is for you.
