Broccoli is only good if it's cooked right. Undercooked it's tough, overcooked it's mush which is even worse. Well cooked broccoli is delicious and nutritious, one of the world's "superfoods".

If you like broccoli you have to make this soup. This is Gordon Ramsay's recipe & it's the easiest thing to make. All you need: broccoli, water, salt and some sort of cheese as topping. So, so GOOD!!
