Sweet carrots taste so good with peanut butter and tzaciki dip. They also suppress my hunger. They are high in vitamin A. I eat one everyday!!!

This food is NOT high in sugar. It only contains 3.3 grams per serving, which is very minimal.

Just wanted to point out that 3.3 grams of sugar is hardly "very high in sugar." Maybe it's a little more than other veggies, but "very high?" Save that designation for food truly sugar-laden.

Carrots are *not* very high in sugar.... 3.3g is reasonable, compared to many unhealthy foods. Plus, the fiber and vitamins outweigh the sugar, surely. Carrots are healthy, crunchy, and fairly satisfying. The whole large kind are less sweet, also, than the cutesy and more expensive "baby" carrots.

Carrots are a calorie-light and inexpensive way to bulk up meals. You can sneak them into recipes without your family realizing. I like to add diced, sliced, or grated carrots to all my spaghetti sauces (red vegetarian and meat styles), fajitas, meat loafs and pies, quesadillas, soups, and salads.
Eating them raw is a good way to fill that crunch craving, instead of chips or crackers.
