also the protein in it is really excellent for a post-workout sandwich or just a slice or two. If you eat cheerios and just watch cholesterol, this is a great thing.

Saying cholesterol is bad is like saying fat is bad - it all depends on where you're getting it from. Cholesterol is essential for healthy cell structures and bodily functions.
