If you're leary of Thai food, but want to ease your way into it - Chicken Satay is the dish for you. I've yet to find a Thai restaurant that screwed this dish up, even sub-par ones. Plain old sweet delicious chicken on a stick.

I'm suspect of the nutritional numbers here since the weight given, 2.5oz, yield 22.5g of protein. 4oz of chicken breast is somewhere around 26g to 28g of protein. The sesame and veggie/corn/ etc. oil in the marinade would certainly spike the fat content while the garlic, ginger, and spices would be negligible. Chicken satay sticks are a good way to change things up and make chicken less boring especially if chicken is a daily component for protein intake.
