Turkey is a great low calorie, low fat deli meat. With 2 oz of turkey, bread, some tomato, lettuce, onion and/or other low fat veggies of your preference, you can easily stay around 200 calories while having a very satisfying and filling homemade sandwich. Watch the dressings, if you insist on them, add a fat free mayo or ranch, or a touch of mustard; but even those can add up to 50-100 unnecessary calories. Regular mayo or ranch can take that sandwich from 200 calories to 400+ in a second flat.
