Dried Cranberries are my weakness but when it comes to losing weight there are on of the foods to stay away from! Ok in small amounts but it is easy to get carried away. Dried fruit is fruit with all the sugar and non of the water. The taste is not worth the damage you could do to your diet. However, it is wonderful in granola, on top of cereal, in nut mixes and cooked with chicken. Be Careful that you do not go overboard!
