The food WAS tasty! I would eat it again (and do most days). I think the tastiness to health ratio is high (both tasty AND healthy). My favorite preparation method currently is to cut the rind of and then slice it into sections. It's quicker than cutting it in half and tracing all the little segments -- plus you get the added health benefit of more of that super healthy white stuff at the edge of the rind making its way into your system.

Delicious!!!! I like them super ripe, no sugar, they're great! I slice it piece by piece and eat them one at a time.

I pre-sliced the pink grapefruit into thin wedges at home. Having it in the afternoon is a great "wake me up". I eat it plain with no sugar - don't like sugar on my fruit. It is very fresh and juicy and I would definately have it again.
