Sliced green peppers are an amazing snack. I cook dinner at least 5 nights a week for my partner and I. I have a tendency to pick and nibble as I cook. I've found that having some of these sliced and ready in the fridge can serve as an alternative to snacking on something less healthy while I am cooking, or when I feel hungry when I suspect I'm really not. I suggest slicing a few at a time, so they're ready to go as a raw snack. Grab them and eat them first before going for junk food!

Bell Peppers are such a delicious snack. I hollow out the seeds and rinse under cool water. Add salt and pepper, yumm!

This is actually a great alternative to a fatty food! I was hungry about half an hour ago, so I found a small green pepper on my counter and cut it in half, and hollowed it out, seeds and all. I would have to say it isn't the tastiest, but is pretty yummy! I would eat it again, because it made me feel full- fast! It's considerably tasty for being only about 33 calories, and I suggest eating it raw.
