I was surprised to find this here. I despise the taste of egg yolks so I always eat my hardboiled eggs like this. Aside from tasting good, the fact that the fat and cholesterol is gone makes it better for you. I add Salt Sense's Real Iodized Salt.

I love hardboiled eggs with the whites removed! I eat six of them every morning, good lean food!

Thank you for posting this. I do not like the yellow part, and only eat the whites. The Yellow adds sodium, carbs, fat, and cholesterol. Put a little bit of pepper on it and i'm good to go. Thanks again!

Man i love these things. You know, all the cholesterol and poison is in the yolk, so just toss that thing. I like to put some melted cheese on em, maybe some salsa. Wow that's frickin good.
