these little dumplings are a great palate pleaser. I boil them first, then just brown slightly in a non-stick skillet sprayed with PAM. They're a convenience food, but as such, very tasty, and relatively healthful. Add just enough of the sauce for flavor, not coating. I always want more! Delicious!
