I use generic, plain instant oatmeal for breakfast frequently because it is a quick, low calorie way to get some fibre and whole grain in my diet. It is also filling, so I don't feel the need to eat additional foods. I use the plain flavor because it has fewer calories, I don't put any milk on it, and I sweeten it with Equal. Tastes good, satisfies me, and keeps the calories down!
