Tasty.. would eat again definitely including skin for the MOST nutrition!! Lunch meats are NOT good for the body & contain MSG's. I wouldn't recomend 'ANY' meats from the deli & stick with fresh lean meats/fish that can be grilled. (trimming excess fats) Learn to eat foods the way GOD has provided them to us & you will feel much healthier aswell as becoming a much healthier individual. =) God Bless~
