Tasty any way you dice it. lol :)
I sautee my potatos after I chop them hashbrown size with bell peppers, onions, pepper, and any other veggies I have accesible at that time. It is tasty and pretty much low cal depending on how much you eat! :D

Baked, broiled, grilled Fried if you dare, I consider the potato the perfect side dish. Top with 1 oz of cheese and non fat sour cream and you have a healthy dish.

A great way to make homemade fries is to preheat a pan to 425 degrees, cut a potato into wedges put some olive oil, hot pepper seed, salt in bowl and coat the wedges. Bake for 30 min turning midway. Top with some parmesan cheese and eat. They are fabulous and not too bad for you. If you like them crispy you must preheat your pan for 5 min before putting the potatoes on it.

I love potatos! Just about any way you can fix them. But it has to be with the skin on.
BTW, the info is for a small potato. I weighed the ones I buy and they're all 10 to 15 oz. so use a scale to multiply for accurate nutritional values.
