What kind of vegetables are involved on the preparation of this soup? Onions? Brocoli? Carrots? it needs to be more specific.

You should be able to edit the nutritional information for these items. I made the soup from scratch and used very little fat or salt. It's frustrating that my totals for those are higher than actual since I can't edit them.

I make my own soup and used one cube of Knorr vegetable stock which is about 1600 mg of salt for a whole pot with vegetables, which served me about 6 portions (not sure how big servings are, but these were very generous) so that would have been 267 mg per portion/serving and not 1100 which would have been way too salty to eat.
