Delicious with nothing on them..good with a sprinkling of freshly milled pepper, I find putting too much on them ruins their flavour and dont add salt, if you put salt it ruins the purpose of it being sweet.

Sweet potatoes are a great source of fiber and taste delicious even without seasonings. However, I occasionally drizzle a bit of honey over these warm potatoes to satisfy my craving for sweets. Delish! ^.^
