Probably the "healthiest" mixed drink, tied with the gin and diet tonic (and their IMHO less delicious soda water cousins). Vodka and diet tonic also gives you the option of using flavored vodkas (same calorie content as regular vodka) for great variation.
If you want to diet without becoming a teetotaller, these can't be beat. But remember: everything in moderation!
