Eggs are great prepared many different ways. My new favorite is to poach an egg in the microwave. Simply use a microwaveable bowl (I use a Ramekin, but a small cereal bowls works, too). Spray the bowl with Pam or Fat Free Butter Spray, add a dash of seasoning, cover, and pop it in the microwave for about a minute. Viola! I slide mine onto a toasted english muffin, add a slice of fat free cheese and you have a homemade Egg McMuffin with far fewer calories and fat. Enjoy!

Soft boiled is the best for me. I work in a restaurant and steam mine in a commercial steamer for 7 minutes! No added butter or fat.

Egg in a window is a fantastic, easy breakfast. Throw some olive oil in a pan along with two pieces of bread - pick a hole out of one of them. Break the egg into the hole in the slice of bread and cook on medium until it's cooked solid on one side. Carefully flip it and cook through the other, then assemble a sandwich - if it's cooked just right, the egg will be firm and solid and the center of the yolk will be just a bit runny - and the other piece of bread helps eliminate the mess if you make finger food of it. Goes well with your favorite hot sauce.
Personally, I love eggs. They're decently low in calories and as a fat+protein food they help keep me full.
