My 22-year-old daughter and I both love to eat Hodgson Mills Oat Bran for breakfast. We add a small amount of salt, cinnamon, a little brown sugar and have it with milk. Not does it have a significant amount of fiber, but it also has 6 grams of protein. I think it's also great with some piece of apples and walnuts thrown in! To me it's a pretty healthy way to start the day. It also keep our stomachs full until "snack time"!
