I love this sauce! It's a delicious blend of spicy (hot) and sweet.

As part of my healthy eating goals, I incorporate a lot of steamed vegetables into my diet. The padang sauce takes typical mushy microwaved vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower) and turns it into something I actually look forward to eating!
Recommended with any vegetables, chicken, etc. Add after cooking, not before, as it will burn and get very sticky.
