These are great nutritionally, but they're truly, truly revolting. They taste like the devil. The texture is that of brains put through a pasta machine. I thought since I liked tofu I might like these and those who said they were gross were just wimpy. WRONG. These are simply horrible. They're saved from 1 star due to their can't-be-beat nutrition facts.

I really like these noodles! I'm a total carb junkie and these definitely make me feel like I'm eating pasta. I haven't tried them in a recipe, but they seem pretty versatile. And the best part, 0 WW points for the whole package!!

Wow! I just love these! Great for low carbing. A little butter and some parmesan cheese. I also put in some broccoli florets. I will try something oriental with them next. I will buy again and again.

These noodles are a fabulous alternative to anyone that loves pasta/Chinese food/ stir-fry, etc. For an entire 8oz package they are only 40 calories, most of the calories are from fiber, so they are really only 24 net calories for 8oz. Now, as far as texture they are tofu noodles, so they are not starchy, and a little chewier without much in the way of flavor. But the good news is with some ingenuity they are so easy to use in any recipe, ( I throw them in the blender to thicken my smoothies!).
