At first, I tought they looked very odd floating in their dirty liquid. They actually smell like dead fish but once you rince them very very very well and dry them off with paper, well they can pass for real spaghetti. Add a superthick tomato sauce and Voila! I was surprised that you couldn't taste the tofu and I didn't miss pasta. I am going to go and buy all the ones that I will find. I was full after one serving!!Impressive

Just a little work yields a great low-calorie, low carb, low fat, low sodium pasta. Be sure to follow the directions carefully - rinsing, cooking the smell out, and blotting the liquid away (I use paper towels) before you add anything else to it will make all the difference. It can be found in the refrigerated produce section of health food stores and sometimes even in a Super Target.

I used up the whole bag because I thought it wasn't gonna be fulfilling, but I was wrong. The noodles are fulfilling and firm, very un-tofu-like. But this is amazing. I made this (whole bag) with diced chicken, diced firm tofu, little kernel corn, carrots, little onion and very little seasoning and light sesame oil. Totaled up to less than any of the healthy microwave-meals I've had. This is definitely my go-to carb-craving solution!

These were good. Fairly bland but great texture and a great substitute for regular noodles. In a stir fry with ----ake mushrooms, sugar snaps, parsley, garlic and ginger they were perfect. Recommend.
