How is there 110 calories in one pancake, when according to this same site two pancakes has 160 calories?
Its tasty, but not healthy. If you want to minimize the impact on your body, them scrape the butter off, and try the pancake plain. (Pancakes are actually very tasty on there own without any syrup or butter in my opinion).
If you take any leftovers home, try it with honey instead of syrup.
PS: This is probably the best your going to get health wise at Ihop, so stay away if your trying to eat healthy.

Everything on this site is contradictory. The calories and nutrition facts on nearly every food item is so off base, I wonder how many diets have been blown due to advice taken from this website. You've "verified" this same info twice and both of them are not only adverse to each other, but flat out wrong altogether.
