I love this "burger" and always thought it to be a lighter option. My only issue is the way it is represented nutritionally here, even though verified, I'm fairly certain it is quite wrong. Firstly, there is no possible way this food has no protein, but I suspect this is a typo. Secondly, this calculation does not account for the double portion of cheese the In-N-Out website describes for this food. According to my calculations it should look more like 470/29/39/19 (kcal/fat/carb/pro) just FYI!

YUM!!!!!!! I am bummed that I even eat at this place, because they contributed to that farm that treated their animals SO imhumanely, but they do make a good grilled cheese. They definitly make the best one even though In N Out is not cool to the animals.

I Love this "burger" my sis used to eat meat and said she missed the messiness of burgers and this is a good alt. all my veggie friends get this, it is filling. It has almost 200 calories from fat but you could get ketchup & mustard instead of sauce and probably greatly reduce the fat content. No to mention that they have the healthiest fries around so it's pretty good. I haven't compared it to a reg cheese burger from there though. It's prob a lot more Calories all around
