I had to come back to edit my original review. Originally, I wrote that the cereal was bland & gritty, & not something I planned to eat often. Now I have to admit that I'm a big fan! The flavor and texture, though they did take some time to get used to, are rather enjoyable now; I like the crunchiness and the hearty, grainy ever-so-slightly sweet flavor. It's SO filling; with others I'm hungry again within two hours. And it's packed with fiber & protein! I encourage everyone to give it a try.

I absolutely love this cereal, and I eat it all the time! It has the perfect nutritional stats. It is filling as well as delicious, just a little bit of sweetness from these little honey pieces separates it from the tasteless array of other fiber cereals, but if you are sugar fiend, you will be disappointed, but if you like crunchy and light you will be buying it again and again!

Unimpressed. Sure it's healthy - made with whole grains, low in fat, high in fiber and protein, and satisfying in a fill-your-stomach kind of way, but it's just... boring. I've had cereals that were just as good for you, but more interesting. It's probably good with fruit or sweetener, but a good cereal should be able to stand on its own, and this one just falls flat. Go find Fiber One Honey Clusters or Target's Archer Farms High Fiber or Multigrain cereals. They're healthy too, and tastier!

This is one of my favorite cereals and I always mix it with yogurt. It keeps you full for hours.

Delicious with a sliced banana and blueberries!

This is a decent cereal on its own, although for straight cereal I do prefer the GoLean Crunch. However, mix this with yogurt instead of milk and it is SO yummy and satisfying. Way yummier than granola, with MUCH more bang for your calorie buck!
