This stuff is delicious and nutritious. The sweetness and the fat content are from good sources. I usually add a half cup of this to my plain nonfat yogurt to add some healthy sweetness and texture. I ALWAYS have a box of this in the pantry.

I usually buy the regular Kashi GoLean Crunch, but I saw this on the shelf and decided to give it a try. It's a great option for breakfast--I eat half a cup with half a cup of 1% milk, and it is very filling. I don't like it any better than the original version, but I don't like it any less, either!

It's quite good when mixed with some yogurt, and it's very filling. Not too sweet, like most cereals.

It is a win- win cereal. It is good for you, and it tastes great. I thought I was eating CrackerJax. With skim milk and no sweetener at all... it is just sweet enough. I will buy this again and will continue to keep this on my pantry shelf.

This is just about the only food where the serving size is TOO MUCH. Which is GREAT! I find that I can't even finish a 1 cup serving in the morning. I think I'm going to cut back to 3/4 cups from now on... and that'll also help in cutting calories!
