This bar is moderately tasty, but when you compare it to other granola bars, it's disgusting. The berries and raisins in it are kind of nasty and it's not even the healthiest, though, yes, it is still very healthy. I would not buy another package again. The tastiness-to- healthiness ratio, I'd say, is 3:7. I would eat this for breakfast because the nuts in it give you that healthy fat to use for the rest of the day.

tastes wonderful--just like everything else Kashi makes.
A bit on the expensive side...but I think it's worth it.

good to the last bite. would certainly eat again. Low sugar, good source of fiber, and protein.

Great pick-me up in the morning. I have one bar, a piece of fruit, and a big glass of water for breakfast and I stay full until lunch 3 hours later.
