If you or a loved one have issues with getting enough protein, this is a source that seems palatable to even the pickiest of eaters.

I'm not a huge fan of flavored water OR protein drinks. However, I tried the Lemon Twist flavor and I was pleasantly surprised. I'd definitely try it again. If you need to get in extra protein, this can help.

ITS ONLY 5g OF PROTEIN!
The flavor (tropical blend) was ok but it has 50 calories and 8g carbs for just 5g protein! I dont know why the name "protein water"...it should be called "sugar water"! And it was expensive!
