This is the most amazing butter there is. It's much smoother and creamier than typical butters on the market. Also, it is not prone to separating like butter usually does (when you get that yucky ring around the stick).
Plus, this butter is from grass-fed cows as evidenced by the rich yellow color. This means that it has healthier fats (omega-3, CLA) than butter from grain-fed cows.
Kerry Gold is more expensive, but it's absolutely worth it where taste matters.

This is the most amazing butter I have ever eaten - in both taste and form (no matter how you melt or re-cool it when cooking/baking). It's creamy and flavorful without leaving the aftertaste that non-organic, cheaper butters leave. It's doesn't cost too much more than organic butter and it's most definitely worth the price.
