The KFC biscuit was tasty but I am going to try and not eat it again. At 220 cal. each I can't lose weight by eating a KFC biscuit. The biscuit has too much sodium, fat and far to many carbs. This item should not be included with the somewhat healthier grilled chicked. How about a low fat pudding option.
