I love this soy sauce. It's the only kind I will use. Add one can of no salt added diced tomatoes with 1/2 c. of this and marinate chicken breast for one hour. Then bake at 350 uncovered until chicken is done. VERY TASTY!

Tastes just like the regular type except MUCH less sodium!
I use this almost every day when I make baked chicken, or on eggrolls or some rice.

I think the taste is a little different than the original, but the reduction in sodium makes it completely worth the sacrifice.
