It is great for chicken salads or just salad topping to make it a meal, also great in sandwich wraps, or even burritos instead of ground beef. I just shred it up with a fork and boil it in seasoning for burritos/tacos or sometimes I make BBQ chicken sandwiches with it. Super easy way to add lean protein to a meal without having to cook. Tastes great as long as you season it a little. A little bland on it's own, but that's what I think of all chicken.
