This yogurt has a wonderful favor and texture. It's not too sweet like other yogurts and with only 3g sugar, 1.5 g fat and 12g protein you get flavor and health benefits. It's the only kind of yogurt I buy. Sometimes I have to get to the store early or it's sold out by the afternoon so I think many share my opinion. Give it a try!

Very Tasty, could eat it every day. One of the few high protein-non meat, low carb foods out there that is inexpensive and yummy. It works good in smoothies too!

Pretty darned good for low carb. All the Carbmaster yogurts are pretty good, except blackberry.
