The trick to making perfect brown rice is to use a rice steamer and following the directions. Typically it is a 1 to 1 ratio of mixing water and brown rice, add water to maximum water line, then steam for 60 minutes. It will be perfectly cooked and better then white rice. It is a bit chewier and has a slightly nutty taste. Delicious!

This product is ok. I always have a hard time preparing it, it never comes out exactly right. I prefer white rice.
