Cook in the crockpot overnight. 2 cups dry with 8 cups water. Add 2 chopped apples, 1/2 c. raisins, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 c. brown sugar (optional). Save in refrigerator for many tasty breakfasts. Spoon out 1/2 - 3/4 cup and heat in microwave. It is delicious!
