While it says there are no calories, I find that hard to believe. I'm the type of person who uses it on all my salads in place of dressing, so I use more than the 1TBSP serving size. I want to know what the calorie count would be for those who use it to prep meals and add it to pastas and salads in greater amounts (say what would a 2.6 oz. bottle be for the whole bottle? Otherwise, the taste is delicious and I often can't always find this product in stores, otherwise they're super high prices. I love it though and use it daily. ANy suggestions?

Not just for salads! This romano and spice blend is good sprinkled on steamed veggies, too. Too bad it doesn't have nutrition info on it. I'm sure it has some calories because of the cheese, but if you don't use too much, it's probably not worth worrying about.
