It is what it is! It's an American institution, for better or for worse, and it tastes exactly like... itself. What I'm trying to express is that a Big Mac isn't a great hamburger -- it's just a great Big Mac. And Big Macs are good in their own way, and they're not the worst burger around in terms of total caloric intake. Except "food coma" 30 minutes after eating it, and budget the rest of your day wisely to keep under your calorie allowance...

I would love to eat a Big Mac. I have been McDonalds free and plan to remain that way until I reach my weight goal.

But I would do anything for a nice Big Mac RIGHT NOW.
