I have an egg mcmuffin almost every morning. It taste good and it is low in cal. What I do is eat everything except the yolk. I dont know how much of a difference it makes but thats how I eat my mcmuffin and it still taste fine.

I love Egg McMuffins for Bkfst when I'm running late (most of the time). They're yummy and not so harmful. Skip the hashbrown!

The egg mcmuffin is very good. I would eat it again but without the bread. The egg, cheese and ham are great sources of protein.
