I love this food! But I didn't realize how many calories it has in it! Beware! I was 160 lbs before I moved out here, and when I did, this was a staple in my dinner diet until I got situated. As delish as it is, I was dead wrong that this was better than "other fast food", because it was grilled and chicken on a wrap. (It is tasty tho'. Very tasty.)

the calorie count listed is not correct. It is listed as 270 on the McDonald's website which is likely more accurate than adding sums of unknown amounts of ingredients.

This is a very good sandwich, the McDonald's website states only 270 calories and I don't think the fat count is 11g.

McDonald's food is basically the grossest stuff on the face of the earth, right up there with Taco Bell. If you're going to eat McDonald's and try to diet at the same time, just don't even bother because fast food will only make you fatter. Tastiness-to-healthiness ratio for this item is about 1:1, but on a scale from 1 to 10 they're both about -5.

I was starving and thought this might be a good choice for something small from McDonalds. The chicken was freshly cooked, very tender and flavorful. The tortilla was not to dry, but there was too much dressing on the wrap. The cheese and lettuce were almost an afterthought. Next time I will order just the tortilla and chicken with a light serving of the dressing. I would give it 4 stars.
