This nutritional labeling is based not on one ice cream cone which McDonald's says is 3.2 ounce serving size. I pointed this out to their manager who confirmed that it was actually double that amount and shrugged her shoulders.

McDonald's DOUBLE serving size is a minimum of 300 CALORIES, 7g of fat, 36g of sugar, and 48g of carbs. McDonald's Nutrition Facts is FALSE ADVERTISING AND LABELING.

In 2003, The Center for Science in Public Interest cited them for mislabeling their ice cream ones. Nothing much has changed and they are getting away with it.

I've been eating these treats at least three times a week, all year long, for 15 years...and I love them just as much after all this time! They're only 150 calories, and have just the right amount of iciness without the cloying feeling of a custardy ice cream. I love them and feel like I'm getting a great dessert for such a small amount of calories.
