This is a great salad! I eat one about once a week. I take out the mandarin oranges and I don't add the almonds and I only use about half of the dressing. That knocks off about 60 calories for the nuts and 45 calories for the dressing, and I'm not sure about the oranges, but I don't even miss those little extras that I take out and don't add.
