This product uses artificial sweetners (splenda), and it overwhelms the taste of the pickles, and leaves a nasty aftertaste. It just tastes wrong. Unless you eat pickle relish by the cupful, just go with the regular relish. It's not worth the calorie savings to substitute with this stuff. I threw the jar out because I couldn't stand it.
