Works great for me and my wife. We both take two tablets before our 6 am cycling class and anytime we do outside cycling. Level energy no highs or lows. One mornign in cyclign class I was struggling and trying to figure out why. Once class was over and I was getting dressed to go home I found my two tablets in my sweat pants pocket...I had forgotten to take them. so that explained my low energy level that morning.
No taste, esy to swallow take every time I worko out or cycle. also, take on long driving trips helps me stay alert.

This supplement is helping me so much. I take one on an empty stomach right before I run and it allows me to work out harder and burn more calories in a shorter amount of time. I have also noticed that I don't have and excessive soreness either. I've been on it for about a week and already lost 8 pounds based on a changed diet and being able to work out harder.
