Yes the food was very tasty and it had just the right amount of flavor to it. I would eat it everyday and that's what I have been doing. It doesn't taste as if it has way too much sugar in it, there are parts of the cereal that do have sugar but low amounts and plus the health ratio of it I say was pretty acurate to what they put on the box. If your still growing I recommend 2% reduced fat milk and if healthy then go with fat free milk.
