Not a huge fan of the Life cereals because of the sugar and the wheat. Yet they seem to boost my energy and stamina. I don't take vitamins regularly so every few days my legs are really heavy and the muscles burn with little exertion.
I have looked at so many boxes of cereal, commercial and all natural. Life cereal is the only one with that specific vitamin and mineral formula. So many other cereals have B12 in addition, or vitamin E, with or w/o B12. I'd like to eat something less sugary and with no wheat but to get that exact constellation there is no other choice. It's kind of weird, actually.
I suppose I could try to buy those vitamins and minerals individually but if I don't get the satisfaction I get from Life, then I'm out life $50.

Cinnamon Life has been one of my favorite cereals since I was a kid, but now as an adult I appreciate the health benefits of the cereal as well. Besides tasting great and having a great texture, Cinnamon Life cereal provides a good serving of fiber and folic acid as well as blood sugar lowering cinnamon.

Mmm mmm good. Its kinda like having oatmeal, but its cold. Enjoy it on hot & humid summer morns.

I can't eat a bowl of plain bran flakes with no sugar; just too blah. This cereal is sweet enough to be edible (in fact it's very tasty) and has the lowest sugar of any cereal I could find that wasn't just hard-core grain-only. 40g of cereal and 1/2c milk for under 200 calories. Plus the first ingredient is whole grains. Two thumbs up!
