I loved the taste of this! Being the huge fan of cinnamon that I am, this was a great alternative to my usual bowl of Kashi Golean. I also loved the fact that it had 10g of fiber and 4g of protein! This oatmeal definitely kept me full for awhile.

This oatmeal is not overpowering in taste. Very Good.
I would eat this again. I also like this oatmeal for it packs a great PUNCH for fiber!!!

This tastes the same as regular instant oatmeal but with way more fiber. 10 grams If you like instant oatmeal you will like this.
