Silk PureAlmond Unsweetend Almond Milk is a good alternative to milk. It is very creamy and only an aftertaste of almonds. I drink this all the time and can't imagine how they get so much of a thick creamy consistancy out of 35 calories a cup. This mile has more Calcium than cows milk - so pay attention to the Vitamins and see the benefits. When you are allergic to dairy this is a great alternative.
Great as a substitute for cream in tea or food dishes. I believe it would make a great clam or seafood chowder, all fats are not Saturated so that is good for you, and it even has some potassium.

I love this! A lot of nutritional bang for your buck and unsweetened too, which a nice find to have still taste wonderful in the milk alternatives section!

I love almond milk. Preferably plain and without sugar. I go through this stuff like there's no tomorrow. I make my protein shakes with it (or coconut milk) or just drink it plain. It's the only non-dairy milk I enjoy with cereal. As for health, the vitamin and mineral content is pretty good for almond milk, and the nutrient values are pretty standard, so I don't really know how to gauge the tastiness to healthiness ratio. I love making my protein shakes with this stuff, or just drinking it plain throughout the day or night to make sure my calories are what I need them to be.

I love this in cereals and milkshakes. My selling point was it has only 35 Calories a cup.
The one thing I'm not crazy about is the taste when it is plain. But for cooking it is perfect.
I would definitely buy it again.

I could not believe how creamy and rich this milk is. For 35 calories a cup, it pack in tons of calcium, vitamin e, and b12. Far superior in nutrition to nonfat cow's milk, except for the lack of protein. I consume it daily, in cereal, in coffee, and just by the glass with a splenda. We keep cow's milk in the house for cooking and for him, but I will never go back.

I absolutely love Silk PureAlmond Unsweetened Milk. It is thick and creamy which was a lovely surprise because I wasn't expecting it. I left class last night and all I wanted to do was get home and have a big glass of this almond milk. I also love the amount of calcium and B12 this almound milk has in it. (the calcium is a good thing because I hate cow's milk) I recommend everyone try this. You won't be let down.
